D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is an American actor, producer, and model. The actor gained fame following his appearance on Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared in twenty feature films, such the The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. In addition, he has appeared in 22 TV shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order and Law & Order. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma who was diagnosed at age 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. After two years of treatment his cancer is now in recovery. The treatment, however, at such an early stage had severe impact on his body and thwarted his development. As a child the boy was used to the poverty of his life and therefore financial stability was the main objective. In an interview, he said that if I do not have money security or feel out of control in the world I will be miserable. He looks back on his early years and is determined to take action against being bullied. "Cruelty hurts me deeply," he said. Both in real life and on screen, DJ would like to be a father. He admits that Directors do not cast me in those roles. One day he'd like to have a child of his own and be capable of dedicating less time in his professional life and devote more time towards his children.
