Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin, an American mental health activist and comedy podcaster and writer on YouTube is a writer. Her previous job was as an editor at BuzzFeed Video but left in 2015 together with co-writer and acquaintance Gabe Dunn to pursue work for their YouTube channel for comedy Just Between Us. Raskin was born in Manhattan 20 June 1989 to her Jewish mother and father, was raised in the home of her father and mother. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Southern California. Jamin Ben Raskin (born on December 13, 1962) is a American attorney, law professor, and politician who has been representative for the U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district as of 2017. The law professor was the chief prosecutor for Trump's 2nd impeachment hearing. Rep. Jamie Raskin has chosen not to seek Maryland's vacant Senate seat. Instead, he will seek reelection to the House where he hopes to take over the position of chairperson of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. It is located near Washington, D.C., the 8th District encompasses many of the city's wealthiest suburbs in the inner-ring such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac. Rockville, Silver Spring and others from diverse communities are included. Maryland is one of the states in the United States of America.
